Our current chef, Mr. Eric Denéchau, will be leaving us on September 15. For the past 7 years he has provided our restaurant with continuity and the finest, freshest cuisine. We thank him for his work, and wish him all the best in his career.

We are pleased to introduce you to our new chef, Mr. Karsten Klinck. Mr. Klinck has spent his career in the best kitchens, such as Sansibar, Landhaus Stricker (both in Sylt), Mathis Food Affairs (St. Moritz), Restaurant Imperial, Schlosshotel Bühlerhöhe (in the Black Forest) and The Restaurant, at the Dolder Grand Hotel Zürich.
